Nagi Reddy is also a Quantitative Strategist at Longshanks Capital, where he applies a deep technical background in Computer Science to the development and contonious iteration of systematic equity derivatives strategies. In parallel, he serves as a Data Scientist at Turing, a fast-growing Silicon Valley AI company known for its work in large language model engineering and deployment at scale. His experience at Turing—working on infrastructure, fine-tuning, and real-world implementation of large language models—adds a machine learning–driven dimension to his quantitative work in finance. Nagi previously held roles as a Cybersecurity Analyst at the Bhubaneswar–Cuttack Police Commissionerate and as a Research Analyst with the Artificial Intelligence and HPC research centre at the AHRC. He was educated with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from IIT Bhubaneswar, where he ranked 3271 in the JEE Advanced.

Ayush Shanakaram is also a Quantitative Strategist at Longshanks Capital, where he brings together a strong foundation in engineering, finance, and applied AI to develop systematic equity derivatives strategies. Before joining the firm, he led AI engineering efforts at Cantilever Labs, designing and deploying advanced LLM-based systems—including real-time retrieval-augmented generation  pipelines, document intelligence tools for multimodal inputs, and scalable infrastructure for context-aware inference and embeddings orchestration. He previously founded GRDNT, a fashion accessories venture, and served as an Equity Research Analyst at A. Stotz Investment Research. Ayush earned his Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee, where he ranked 1893 in the JEE Advanced, and gained broad exposure to software development, project design, and product innovation during his undergraduate years.

Kathleen Kehres oversees all design workflows at Serenica AI, bringing over a decade of professional experience in UI/UX and digital product design. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Parsons School of Design, where she graduated summa cum laude. She began her career in New York City, working in UI/UX and brand strategy roles at early-stage ventures including SevenRooms, SelfMade, and Dynamify—a B2B enterprise SaaS platform founded by Robert Kehres. After relocating to London, she moved into the financial services sector, where she served as the de facto Head of Design for several investment management firms. Her design leadership extended across a number of high-growth companies, including the hedge fund 18 Salisbury Capital (founded by Robert Kehres), the venture capital firm Amrock Ventures, the proprietary trading firm Longshanks Capital (also founded by Robert Kehres), and the private equity firm ZQ Capital.
