Robert Kehres is a seasoned entrepreneur, fund manager, and quantitative trader. He attended the University of Cambridge for Natural Sciences, where he achieved 1st Class Honours, followed by the University of Oxford for Mathematics, where he gained a Distinction, and the London School of Economics for Statistics. Starting his career at LIM Advisors—the longest continually operating hedge fund in Asia—aged 20 as a Strategist, Robert then transitioned to Quantitative and Systematic Trading at J.P. Morgan in London. After J.P. Morgan, Robert forayed into entrepreneurship and founded seven ventures, most of which are operational and EBITDA-profitable today. Notably, Robert founded venture capital-backed B2B enterprise SaaS startups: Dynamify, which digitalizes the F&B sector, and Yoho, which enhances engagement and productivity for frontline workers. At the age of 30, Robert founded 18 Salisbury Capital, a Pan-Asian statistical arbitrage and special situations hedge fund.
Ayla Selamoglu holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychiatry and Neuropsychology from the University of Cambridge. Before the University of Cambridge, Ayla earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Psychophysiology from Swinburne University of Technology; a Master of Science from Maaastricht University in Psychology, where she was involved in the Maastricht University Medical Centre; a Master of Science from King's College London in Psychology—specializing in Neuroscience and Neuroimaging and was engaged in Maudsley Hospital's Institute of Psychiatry. While Ayla was studying for her Doctor of Philosophy, she was involved in the Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Trust. During her time at Cambridge, Ayla was materially involved in the various entrepreneurial societies at the Cambridge Judge Business School. After completing her studies, Ayla spent two years as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Cambridge, focusing on drug discovery and psychedelic medicine.
